Today I am chatting with Narelle King, a Wellness and Organisational Coach helping families with organisational challenges to simplify their life and create more time. Narelle knows first-hand the challenges of carrying the extra load associated with caring for children with autism and the importance of creating time to rest. She is passionate about helping women to feel calmer and more rested through Yin & Nidra Yoga classes.
In this episode, we talk about:
- How motherhood helped her slow down in life, and the practices and rituals she follows to find joy and keep herself grounded
- How Narelle navigated her son's challenging health diagnosis and the relief of confirming he had autism
- Narelle's journey to discovering her love for organisation, its positive impact on wellness and how she turned her passion into a business
- Her family's tradition of allowing time to reflect on the past year and plan for the year ahead.
