Confidence is an inside job! I do believe it's possible to build confidence through small, brave steps - you don't have to be 'born with it' (in fact, I don't think anyone is). Here are seven things that have helped me build confidence:
- Preparation and practise
- Rewriting the stories as affirmations
- Preparing our body (physiology)
- Rituals and anchors
- Step outside your comfort zone
- Get out of your head
- Recognise and celebrate progress
