Episode 61: Seven Ways to a More Confident You

Confidence is an inside job! I do believe it's possible to build confidence through small, brave steps - you don't have to be 'born with it' (in fact, I don't think anyone is). Here are seven things that have helped me build confidence:

  1. Preparation and practise
  2. Rewriting the stories as affirmations
  3. Preparing our body (physiology)
  4. Rituals and anchors
  5. Step outside your comfort zone
  6. Get out of your head
  7. Recognise and celebrate progress
