The end of year before the boys finish school always feels very full, but especially this year as Sam is finishing primary school and next year Charlie will start at a new school. And it's 2020! So it's been a BIG year anyway.

- Prioritise self-care
- Question everything on the to-do list : is it important, urgent, necessary?
- Get lots of sleep
- Lower your standards
- Make it fun and shift up your energy
