nicholas: Climbing on our bed is one of your favourite things to do. These days, you love to climb everywhere. You are my intrepid explorer and I love that you’re so curious and capable.
sam: My darling, it hasn’t been your greatest week and, even though this ‘dip’ is expected at this stage of your chemo, it’s hard seeing you so flat. On the upside, we’ve had a nice calm week while you’re away from school, cooking and creating and doing quiet things together. With mum and dad is your favourite place to be.
charlie: Finally, it was your turn to become a ‘big pre-Prep boy’ and you have taken this new adventure in your stride, happily leaving our side to be with your new friends and teachers at kindy. You’re not a big fan of having your photo taken at the moment, but you relented when I said you’d be cranky at me when you’re adult and there are no photos of you in your first week 😉

Nicholas is super cute and looks very daring indeed! the logic you used to get a shot of charlie is just perfect. i am so sorry Sam has had a tough week with treatment. More than any child should ever have to bear. so glad he has a loving family around him xx
